Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Canberra are typically next business day on Express Post. Perth, Darwin and regional destinations outside the Express Post guaranteed network commonly run two to four business days.
Packing for longer transit
Orders to destinations outside the guaranteed network are packed with additional insulation as standard during summer, at no extra cost.
Tracking and delays
Every parcel carries full tracking. Where Australia Post reports a network delay, contact us with your order reference — we will lodge the enquiry on your behalf rather than sending you to do it.
